RS Plasma CNC Cutting Machine Overview

The RS Plasma CNC delivers laser-like cutting using electrical plasma torches, able to cut electrically conducted steels such as mill steels, stainless steels, & aluminum up to 2” (50mm) thick. Systems include machine gantry, cutting torch, cutting table with material support slats and a CNC Control console. Other options include pneumatic plate mark scribing, multi language support.

Heavy Duty Gantry Design

The cutting table is fabricated from heavy beams & plates. Design of the cutting table is heavily depended on the cutting material thickness.

RS (TSAS) Plasma Automation CAM/CNC Control Software & Hardware

RS Plasma CNC comes together with RobotCNC Plasma CNC Controller Software, developed by Mechano Systems. TSAS, which stands for Truly Stand Alone System, is the only CNC in the world that is designed for extremely easy operation. Also comes with the most advanced (LORC) Live Online Remote Control, no matter where you are located, our experts can provide real time operator training, software updates & troubleshooting within minutes without travelling.
